Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to redesign our Lending Company Playbook into a modern, visually appealing, and easy-to-read document. The current playbook is outdated, and we want a fresh, professional look that aligns with our brand identity.

You will be provided with:
✔ The existing playbook
✔ Reference designs for inspiration
✔ Brand guidelines (colors, fonts, logos)

Responsibilities:

Redesign the playbook layout for clarity, readability, and modern aesthetics
Organize content into a clean, structured format
Implement consistent branding (fonts, colors, style)
Enhance visuals with icons, graphics, tables, and callouts
Deliver a print-ready PDF and an editable file (Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, or Illustrator)
Requirements:

Proven experience in graphic design & document layout
Strong skills in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, or Illustrator
Ability to create modern, clean, and corporate-style designs
Attention to detail and a keen eye for typography
Ability to work with feedback and revisions
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience designing business playbooks, corporate reports, or financial documents
Knowledge of UI/UX principles for document readability
Experience working with lending or finance companies (a plus)
