Redesign existing Icon to Two Styles

I have an existing icon that I'd like to have redesigned in two different styles: one filled with color, and another in an outline art style.

Changes to the Filled Color Icon Style:
- Change color scheme: I'd like to explore new color options that align with my brand and the icon's purpose.
- Modify shapes and proportions: I'm looking to enhance the overall look and feel of the icon by refining its shapes and proportions.

Changes to the Outline Art Style Icon:
- Simplify lines and details: I want this version of the icon to be more minimalist and less detailed compared to the original sample-icon-raw.jpg
- Adjust thickness of lines: The line thickness should be adjusted for better visibility and aesthetic appeal. Thickness of lines and background (empty vs filled) like style-icon.jpg
- Color to match as shown in style-icon.jpg

The Purpose of the Icon:
The icon is intended for analog water meter theme to show large digits and water effect.

Ideal skills for this project include:
- Proficiency in graphic design, particularly in icon creation and modification.
- An eye for color schemes and ability to make informed choices for a modern, tech-themed icon.
- Experience in minimalistic design and line work for the outline art style.
- Good communication skills to understand and implement the required changes effectively.
