Redesign a Poster.

Want a Poster designed based on my liking. The poster needs to have a classic and elegant design style. The size of the poster should be a custom size to fit my specific needs as it is going to be used for displaying Lab Rules in a College.

Also, if you can provide revisions, I'll be happy with that. A file is attached for sample, just add text in accordance with the icon and redesign it elegantly.
