UI Redesign & Enhancement for Flutter App

I'm looking for a seasoned UI/UX designer and Flutter developer to redesign my app with a modern and colorful aesthetic. The main focus of this project is to enhance the aesthetics of the app, while also implementing a more user-friendly, interactive design.

There's currently two Applications one is for end-user , second is for service providers.
The App is working as services delivery for end-users , it also contains e-market .

Key Requirements:
- Redesign of the existing UI to improve aesthetics
- Implementation of the new design in Flutter
- Creation of a more interactive, user-friendly interface
- Multilanguage support-
- Incorporation of both RTL and LTR layouts
- Add OTP through WhatsApp as a second option.

Ideal Skills:
- Proficient in Flutter and Dart
- Strong UI/UX design experience, particularly with modern and colorful aesthetics
- Experience with creating interactive and user-friendly designs
- Previous work with multilanguage and RTL/LTR support
- Able to create visually striking home screens
