Recruitment Flyer Design

I'm looking for a freelancer to design a recruitment flyer. The primary purpose of this flyer is to attract new applicants. This Flyer is for a video game recruitment which is Law Enforcement Based. The main target will be Traffic Enforcement. Traffic enforcement is responsible for DUI enforcement and Enforcing Traffic Laws.
Key Requirements:
- The flyer should target new recruits. Therefore, the language and imagery should be appealing and relatable to recent school leavers or individuals.
- The flyer must prominently feature our company mission and values. This will help potential applicants understand who we are and what we stand for.
- Short and sweet is what I am mainly looking for
Ideal Skills and Experience:

- Copywriting: Ability to effectively communicate our mission and values in an enticing manner.
