Recreational Hard Court Tennis Design

I'm looking for a designer to create a plan for 2 hard court tennis courts. The court will be for recreational use, so it should be user-friendly and safe for players of all skill levels. The land area is not big (map attached), ok to have the run off areas slightly smaller than standard.

Ideal skills and experience for the job:
- Previous experience in sports court design
- Understanding of recreational needs in sports facilities
- Ability to create safe and user-friendly designs
