Recreate leaflet 3.5" x 8.5"

I would like to update this leaflet with new photos and text as per the attached details. I do not have the .psp files for the original flyer, only the final .jpg (attached). I will provide google drive link with all images upon accepting project. I need a fairly quick turn around by Monday morning US EST. Please provide an accurate price estimate.
