Recreate Flyer as PSD Mockup

I have an existing flyer that I need recreated into a Photoshop PSD mockup. This will allow me to easily modify the text, images, titles, and so on.
Some key points to consider for this project:
- The original flyer exists as an image, not as a design file. This means the freelancer will be recreating the design from scratch.
