Recipe cards different designs personalized

IMPORTANT: Please also be precise with the price, don't what offers for 5 and then become 500.
looking for 4 different templates (4 different designs) of cooking recipe.
Each template should have 3 different sizes:
Big like A4 8.3 x 11.7 inches or 11 x 8.5?????
Mid 7” x 5”
Mid 6” x 4”
Have to be in 2 formats PDF and Word so can be customized in a different ways
The areas to be customized are obviously the title the recipe the ingredients, process and the name.
In the big a4 one also a picture should be customized.
Need to look vintage so it can be use pictures or old woman's or kitchen tools. Use vintage colours.
Can be used vintage colures too in the ribbon etc but of course ALL THE DISGNS AND PIC HAVE TO BE FREE OF COPYRIGHTS..
In the case of the a4 only one can be printable but in the other cases the same printable file have to be more than one time in the same page so more than one can be printed in one page. If that make any sense?
