Rebuild a existing logo in Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw

We want our logo rebuild in Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw as we are not able to get the desired print quality and therefore need master files in any of these format. It should help us use the file for any purpose and never result in getting pixelated
