I am looking for an experienced graphic designer to help me redesign an existing Realtor Kit I purchased. The goal is to create a fresh, unique look while keeping the same structure and content flow. This project will involve cloning the existing layout, updating colors, fonts, and images, and paraphrasing the text to ensure originality. The final kit should be editable in Canva so I can easily make adjustments in the future.
Project Requirements:
1. Redesign in Canva: The kit must be recreated in Canva with the same structure as the original, but with updated design elements.
2. Unique Look: Use new colors, fonts, and high-quality stock images to give the kit a cohesive, modern look that’s appealing to realtors and senior clients.
3. Text Rewording: Paraphrase existing content to create a similar tone while avoiding direct duplication of text.
4. Easy-to-Follow Layout: The kit should be organized and easy to use, with sections that realtors can customize to fit their needs.
5. Instructions on Use: Include brief instructions within the Canva file for easy editing by realtors with basic Canva experience.
