Realistic Photoshop Image Creation

Its a simple task, I need three lines of text, big, medium, small, in black capital block letters helvetica or similar, with gold in the middle of the black letters, superimposed on a stock image of a silver colorbond fence. After that I would like the same text inserted onto a photo of a fence I supply. In short, I am trying to see what a sign I am going to write on my fence will look like. 5 minute job for someone with basic skills.

I'm looking for a skilled Photoshop expert to create a realistic image for personal use. The image should be text only, with no additional elements or subjects.
