Realistic People T-Shirt Illustration

I'm looking for a talented illustrator who can revise a current graphic for a t-shirt. The graphic needs to be made more lifelike by adjusting the face and arms of the people in the illustration. I am assuming just some shading. I am attaching both the vector file and the original. the lady needs to look real like in original. I do need it to stay in no more than 6 CMYK colors.
