I need a realistic illustration of the Goddess of Time and Transformation. The artwork should prominently feature fire and water elements, with the following specific details:
- The Goddess should have fire within her, surrounded by flowing water.
- She should be holding time in her right hand and a staff in her left.
- The water should be depicted flowing around her.
