Realistic Digital Art for Clothing

I'm looking for a skilled digital artist to create realistic-style digital art intended for print on clothing.
Key Requirements:
- Expertise in creating high-quality, detailed, realistic digital art
- Experience with designing for print, specifically on clothing
- Ability to deliver suitable files for various types of clothing prints

Hello, We are a flying maintenance squadron comprised of two sections (Dragons + Knights). We are interested in getting hoodies
On the back- The design/picture i have so far is a image of a dragon behind and above a Knight with a shield and sword (Very similar to the example picture with the blood effect instead of the peope), and a C-130J underneath or somewhere flying around. The dragon needs to be green, the knight needs to be silver. Needs to say "19th AMXS" and "FLYING CREW CHIEF" somewhere natural looking. as far as other colors go the normall OCP tan, black, and white will work.
