Realistic Antagonist Character for Teens

I'm looking for a talented artist who can bring to life a realistic antagonist character that will appeal to a teenage/adult audience. I want him to be tall, have a malnutritioned (sorry for spelling) physique. Ribs visible, fleshy-coloured skin, almost as if his skin has been ripped off and all that remains is his flesh. i want him to be 9-11 feet, with a long neck and a puppet like mask, with a large, menacing smile. He should also have abnormally long fingers and limbs, while also being very skinny due to something such as malnutrition.
