Real estate postcard

I'd like to send out post cards advertising my services as a real estate broker. I need something very modern, sleek and attractive. Little text but effective messaging. I've attached some information that's relevant. One side should mention SELLING and the other BUYING. Sell for as little as 1% Buyer and get 2/3 cashback In the pictures i attached - the format is all wrong. I did them myself just to provide the content.
