Freelancer Needed: Brochure Design for Real Estate Row Housing Project

We are looking for a talented and creative graphic designer to design a professional brochure for our upcoming row housing real estate project. The brochure should effectively showcase the project’s key features, layout, amenities, location advantages, and lifestyle appeal. It will be used for both print and digital marketing purposes.

Requirements:
• Experience in designing real estate brochures or similar marketing materials
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to incorporate architectural renders, floor plans, and images
• Creative approach to presenting project highlights and USPs
• Final deliverables in print-ready and digital formats (PDF, JPEG, etc.)

Preferred Skills:
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, or similar design tools
• Attention to detail and brand consistency
• Ability to deliver within tight timelines
