Raspberry Pi Home Automation Board

I'm looking for a skilled engineer to build a Raspberry Pi-based home automation board for controlling my lighting.

Key Requirements:
- The board should control the lighting through On/Off functionality.
- Any experience with Raspberry Pi and home automation systems will be a plus.
