I'm looking for a creative, illustrative designer to finalize a rash guard shirt design.

Ideal Skills:
- Strong illustrative design skills
- Experience with t-shirt or apparel design
- Ability to create/offer vector graphic images

Please note that the theme of the shirt is ready so I just need finalizing the design and the vector images.
