Radiology Map

I am looking for a freelancer to help me create an interactive map of radiology facilities across the nation. I would like to include all radiology /medical imaging facilities on the map, and need it to have a detailed and informative design. Also like to add medical practices added to the map as an extra layer . The map should be comprehensive and cover a national area. I'm looking for someone with experience in creating maps that can meet these requirements.
