Rack Card design

I have a rack card i like I just need a few changes. I need the rack card in a file I can send out to print. Original file was formed on Vista Print so that is the copy you will be going off of. I need to change a few colors and not loving the logo. May be also looking for a logo change

The size of the rack card is 4” wide by 9”tall
