Racecar Shirt Digitize and Cleanup

I am looking for someone to help clean up and digitize a vintage racecar shirt design. It currently needs minor cleanup before being digitized. I would like the final design to be in PNG format, and though I do have some color and size preferences, I trust the designer's judgment to create something that looks good. I would like to stay as true to the original design as possible. The ideal freelancer should be able to complete the cleaning and digitizing process quickly and accurately, while achieving the highest quality output possible.
