REDRAW FOOTBALL JERSEY LOGO MHS

This is a mirco project, please bid based on quick and easy design work
I'm looking for a talented graphic designer to redraw an existing football jersey logo for MHS.
Key Requirements:
- I have the current logo design that needs to be redrawn. with edits 1-3
1. Your team should read MANDEVILLE in color #004aad with stroke
2. Football color should be #004aad instead of the gold.brown
3. Football laces should be white with black stroke
- The final product must be a layered PSD file so we can change colors and stroke
- The primary purpose of the redesigned logo is for printing on merchandise.
-Need Layered to be able to change colors and stroke colors
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in graphic design, particularly with logo creation and manipulation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
- Prior experience designing for print merchandise is a plus.
