NOTE: YOU MUST HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE W/ USING TRELLO OR CREATING THESE PROGRAMS.
I'm seeking an expert freelancer who can combine the capabilities of both the Trello platform and its API to create an advanced project management automation tool.
The main objective is to automate certain aspects of project management to enhance efficiency and productivity. Consequently, this requires a professional who is adept at both utilizing Trello and manipulating its API to meet specific requirements.
Therefore, in your application please include a detailed project proposal outlining:
- Your approach to achieving project management automation.
- Your prior experience in similar tasks.
- How you will overcome potential challenges or roadblocks.
Expertise Desired:
- Extensive experience with Trello and its API.
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong understanding of automation processes
- Proficiency in integrating disparate systems
- Proven track record in creating robust automation tools.
In essence, I'm looking for an individual who can flawlessly execute this project to yield an aggression that will streamline our project management processes substantially.
Primarily, the main things I am looking for at this time are:
- A program that allows me to select a field of priority (Low, Medium, High) and assigns it to the card.
- Allows a checklist percentage indicator on the main board.
- Allows me to get a **NEAT** PDF format of the card on the Trello Board that I would like to use.
Not required, but can be discussed:
- Being able to send an email to the Trello Board(either using the integrated version via PowerUps or through the API itself) which automatically adds the card, and based on keywords, sets priority, deadlines, etc. Think of it as AI.
