Quote and proposal templates for zomentum quoting tool

I am looking for someone to create a set of quote and proposal templates for use with the zomentum quoting tool. The set of templates should contain both quote and proposal formats and should include a mix of both specific elements and suggestions as requested, with a mix of formal and informal design styles. The freelancer should have experience in design for quotation and proposal documents, as well as access to web design resources to ensure high quality, professional templates are produced.

I am open to improvements on the templates to better fit the format. It must be done using the web based designer of the product and the designer should have experience with web and graphics creation to best optimize the template creation. I want the designer to actually create the templates IN the quoting tool portal, not create a photoshop or graphic file that I then must translate into a quote inside the tool.

I will provide a login for the person to use in zomentum.
