Quick change costume

I am looking for a quick change costume that is Theatrical in nature, specifically one that relates to Fantasy in style. This particular costume needs to represent a Phoenix character for an open style competitive dance piece. Any talented costume designer able to provide a costume that lives up to this challenge is preferred. The costume needs a quick change element that will happen on stage from “ash” to “fire”. I would like the costume to be inspiring and with plenty of charisma and character. Attention to detail and authenticity are of utmost importance.
