Quick PDF Sponsorship Cleanup

I need a very quick cleanup of an existing sponsorship sales PDF. The primary object is to fix inconsistencies of font and image and logo sizing/placement. No need for design, except one section could do with better sub headers. Not working from a brand guideline. The layout is what it is. No need to design, just want it cleaner.
- Key Requirements:
- Enhance overall polish of the PDF.

- Font should be generic found in Adobe basic, e.g. Arial, Calibri. No Minton.
