Quality Process Review Document Design (files are in Arabic language)

I'm looking for a freelancer to design and format a document for me. The document will be used for reviewing our company's procedures.
The key requirements for this project:
- The document should be a mix of both editable (in Word) and fixed (in PDF) content.
- The design should be of medium detail, with some infographics and charts to make the content more visually engaging.
