Put Some Clothes On...

My band logo includes a stick figure hanging on to the hands of a clock. The stick figure is getting lost, it's not popping, visually. I'm thinking of adding a cartoonish T-Shirt, some baggy shorts, maybe some shoes, to the figure using contrasting colors sot hat the figure "pops". I really would like someone w/ creative skills and not just technical skills as I'd like YOU to offer ideas and the best solution. The logo is attached.
