Proposal for an improved UX for a web booking page

We have two booking forms each with some desirable and undesirable aspects. We would like a UX designer to take a look at both and propose how we can combine the strengths into a better interface. The links to the booking forms as well as what we consider to be the strengths and shortcomings of each design would be sent to interested bidders.
