I'm looking to create a subscription-based website for property maintenance services. The site will advertise three levels of yearly maintenance for a house.

Each subscription level will include:
- Basic cleaning and inspection
- Minor repairs and seasonal maintenance
- Comprehensive maintenance, including major repairs

Additionally, we will offer:
- Gutter cleaning
- Roof cleaning
- Window cleaning
- Any construction or renovation projects

Ideal skills and experience:
- Web development (preferably with experience in subscription-based sites)
- UI/UX design for user-friendly navigation
- Familiarity with property maintenance services
- Experience in SEO and digital marketing to promote the site
