Property Business Model Infographic Design

I am looking for assistance in designing an infographic to illustrate the flow of capital within a specific business model. The business operates by developing properties and, once the assets are built and operational, partially selling them while restructuring the associated debt. The infographic should effectively convey the following aspects:
1. Pipeline of Asset Development: A portfolio of 100%-owned assets progressing through stages of origination, development, and partial sale.
2. Circularity of Equity: Depicting how equity flows from one development to the next, with a portion retained in operating assets that grow in value over time.
3. Recycling Debt: Showing how the business’s debt is recycled to fund new developments. For assets that are sold, a long-term capital structure is introduced, with a portion of development capital retained in the sold businesses while the majority is reinvested into new developments.
This visual should clearly communicate the interconnected and cyclical nature of equity, debt, and asset development within the business.
