Promotional A4 Flyer/Brochure Design

I'm looking for a graphic designer to create an A4 flyer/brochure for me. The primary purpose of this is to promote our proposal for a communal garden. It should be creative, inviting, and have centralized space for a qr code. The ideal freelancer for this project should have a strong background in flyer and brochure design, with a portfolio that showcases their ability to create informative, visually appealing layouts.
