Promotional Content Production Project

I need a production specialist who can take a raw idea and turn it into polished promotional content that drives attention and action. The scope covers everything from shaping the initial concept through to delivering the finished piece ready for release on web and social channels.
Please demonstrate how you will approach creative development, scheduling, crew or resource management, and post-production. A detailed project proposal is essential—I will shortlist only those who break down milestones, outline their workflow, and clarify the tools or platforms they intend to use (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, DaVinci Resolve, Pro Tools, or comparable).
Deliverables should include:
• A clear creative treatment or storyboard approved before production starts
• All production assets captured or created during the project
• A final master file in industry-standard formats, plus any cut-downs or reels specified in your proposal
