Project Manager Required With Excellent English

Hello,
We are looking for a project manager for our DTC web design agency. We need a good English speaker, ready to take video calls, fast and professional response times.
the project manager will be a middleman between the client and the developer/designer. you will have to communicate all the client's requirements and feedback to the developer/designer in a simple and prominent manner.
We don't want you to work on a fixed time schedule. the time is pretty flexible but we expect that if we receive an email from the clients it needs to be addressed within 1-14 hours.
Most of the clients are from overseas i.e. US, Canada, etc so a good hold of English is a must. You also need to know how designing Ux and Ui works.
