Please only reply if you are currently available to start this project and please give the project budget not hourly and please be accurate in your required cost.

Project Overview:
I am looking for an experienced designer or developer to create a 30+ page interactive PDF workbook based on my parenting guide, “Tantrum Tamer: Your Practical Guide to Managing Tantrums.” This workbook will align with my book’s humorous, practical, and encouraging tone, offering parents engaging exercises, reflection prompts, tracking sheets, and useful activities for managing tantrums in children.

The final deliverable will be a visually engaging, polished workbook in PDF format that can be downloaded, filled out digitally, or printed by parents.

Scope of Work:

The workbook will include the following elements:

1. Cover Page (Page 1)

• Title: “Tantrum Tamer: Your Practical Guide to Managing Tantrums”
• Subtitle: “Workbook for Parents”
• Design: Minimalist and clean layout with light design elements. Avoid child-oriented visuals.
• Color Palette: Neutral, calming tones—muted blues, grays, soft greens, and beige.
• Example: A parent and child in silhouette or abstract forms to give it a personal, but adult-friendly look.

2. Table of Contents (Page 2)

• Title: “Table of Contents”
• List of Sections:
1. Module 1: Understanding Tantrums
2. Module 2: Preventative Strategies
3. Module 3: Handling Tantrums When They Happen
4. Module 4: Teaching Emotional Regulation
5. Module 5: Reinforcing Positive Behavior
6. Module 6: Managing Parental Stress
7. Reflection and Progress Tracking
8. Wrap-Up and Certificate of Completion

3. Modules 1-6 (Approximately 20-25 Pages)

Each module will include:

• Introduction: A brief, encouraging introduction written in a conversational, relatable tone.
• Reflection Prompts: Space for parents to write thoughts (lines or blank boxes).
• Activities: Practical exercises, such as routine planners, tantrum trackers, and role-playing scenarios.
• Scenario-Based Exercises: Space for parents to practice responses to tantrums.
• Examples: Incorporate the gambling jackpot analogy into Module 3 to explain consistency.

4. Reflection and Progress Tracking Section (3-4 Pages)

• Monthly Tantrum Tracker: A table to log triggers, responses, and outcomes over several weeks.
• Reflection Prompts: Questions to encourage parents to identify patterns and progress.
• Self-Care Tracking: Gentle reminders for parents to prioritize their well-being.

5. Wrap-Up and Certificate of Completion (2 Pages)

• Wrap-Up Section: A summary with words of encouragement for parents.
• “Remember: Progress, not perfection. Celebrate every small win.”
• Certificate of Completion: A customizable certificate parents can print with:
• Parent’s Name
• Date of Completion

Design Requirements:

• Font Styles:
• Titles: Sans-serif font like Lato or Calibri Bold (18-22pt)
• Body Text: Clean serif or sans-serif font (12-14pt), such as Georgia or Open Sans.
• Color Palette:
• Muted blues, soft greens, grays, and beiges to convey calmness and balance.
• Avoid bright, child-oriented colors—opt for sophisticated tones that resonate with adults.
• Visual Style:
• Minimalist with subtle icons (e.g., clocks for routine, stars for progress).
• Light textures or soft abstract shapes to break up text-heavy sections.
• Interactive Elements:
• Fillable fields so parents can type directly into the PDF.
• Printable pages with enough space for handwritten answers if preferred.

Deliverables:

1. 30+ page PDF workbook, polished and ready for download.
2. Editable source file (Adobe InDesign, Canva, or Word) for future updates.
3. Interactive PDF features (fillable fields, clickable links).

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Canva, or similar tools to create professional PDFs.
• Experience with interactive PDFs (including fillable text fields).
• Graphic design skills to add light illustrations/icons without overwhelming the layout.
• Ability to align with the workbook’s conversational and encouraging tone.
