1. Project Overview
Create a two‑sided, full‑color 8.5 × 5.5 inch postcard promoting union‑printed political yard signs (Side 1) and imprinted promotional items (Side 2). Target audience is progressive NPOs and political organizations.
2. Print Specifications

Bleed 0.125 in on all sides (final file size: 8.75 × 5.75 in)
Color 4/4 CMYK
Stock Standard postcard cover stock (printer will handle)
Safe Zone Keep critical text & logos ≥0.125 in from trim
Union Bug Place small union bug logo on both sides (bottom‑corner)
Deliver print‑ready PDF (with bleed & crop marks) plus native source (AI, PSD, or InDesign) with all fonts outlined or packaged.
3. Design Direction
• Tone & Audience: Bold, progressive, community‑focused. Appeal to campaign managers and nonprofit organizers.
• Hierarchy: Large, eye‑catching headline; prominent 18″ × 24″ sign special; clear bullet benefits; contact info easily scannable.
• Style: Clean sans‑serif fonts (e.g., Montserrat, Source Sans, or similar). Use strong color blocks or gradients that evoke energy and activism (feel free to sample green #00693E and orange #F58220, balanced with neutrals). Avoid clutter.
• Imagery: Optional subtle background texture or silhouette of yard signs on Side 1; small icons for featured promo items on Side 2 welcomed but not required. Ensure imagery does not overpower text.
• Union Bug: Insert provided high‑res union bug (we will supply) at approx. 0.4″ width; bottom‑left on Side 1 and bottom‑right on Side 2 (or designer’s discretion, as long as visible).
• Disclaimers: Minimum 6 pt type, light weight, legible.
4. Deliverables
1. Print‑ready PDF (8.75 × 5.75 in with bleed & crop marks)
2. Native file (AI/PSD/INDD) with linked/embedded images & packaged fonts (or outlines)

5. Timeline & Budget
