Professional layout for existing word document

I am looking for a professional who can create a layout design for an existing word document. The purpose of the document is for a report. I am expecting a corporate style layout design. Although I do not have specific brand guidelines to follow, I am open to any design. The design chosen will serve as a template being used for futher reports / blogs. The existing Document contains text and images .
