Project Overview:
We are looking for a YouTube Thumbnail Designer who understands CTR psychology, visual storytelling, and brand consistency. For every video, we require 3 thumbnail variations for A/B testing.
We will provide the thumbnail text, brand colors, and reference style. Your job is to create high-quality, click-worthy thumbnails that drive higher CTR.
What You Will Deliver:
For each video, you will deliver three thumbnail designs (1920x1080, 16:9).
Each design should be visually unique, include strong emotional expression, have high contrast, clear text hierarchy, and be optimized for mobile. Avoid clutter and avoid small text.
Required Skills:
Experience designing high-CTR YouTube thumbnails.
Understanding of A/B testing logic.
Knowledge of color psychology and composition.
Ability to follow brand guidelines.
Proficiency in Photoshop or AI design tools.
