Our proposals, which typically range from 30 to 50 pages, contain crucial information including:
References to past projects, A detailed technical process description tailored to each client, An overview of our approach and methodology, An equipment overview (where applicable), A comprehensive commercial section with pricing, exclusions, and terms of sale.
While the content is robust, the current layout and design could be significantly improved to better reflect our serious and professional company image. We aim for a business-professional aesthetic that is both clear and visually engaging.
Project Scope:
The goal of this project is to create a more modern and professional template in Microsoft Word that elevates the presentation of our proposals without altering the core content structure. The final template should be easily adaptable for our team to populate with project-specific information.

To help us assess your design skills and provide a realistic cost estimate, we request that interested freelancers select one or two pages, or a representative section, from our standard commercial proposal and redesign it according to your creative vision.

Please focus on improving the layout, typography, use of white space, and overall visual hierarchy. You do not need to create new content; the focus is solely on enhancing the presentation of existing elements.
Deliverables for Application:
You request od copy of the proposal and you redesigned one to two pages/section in PDF format.
Your estimated cost to develop a complete, redesigned Microsoft Word template based on your initial design concept.
Important Considerations:
The final template should remain in Microsoft Word format for ease of use by our team.
While we value aesthetics, the design must maintain a business-professional feel.
The underlying content structure of our proposals will remain largely the same. Removing all text leaves approximately 15 pages of structural elements to consider for the template design.
