Professional Proposal Template Design

We're an engineering company that gives bids and commercial proposals as part of our bidding process to clients. Our current template is a little old and outdated. We're looking for a new template that is current and more modern looking.

The timeline for this project is about 4 weeks to have enough times for multiple revisions until we finalize the template. Template must be something you can use on Word or PDF reader (NOT Illustrator or PS just because it would be too impractical to use 3-5 times a week).

This project will be for the designer to lead, input will be given before the initial draft and after the work for any revisions or changes. The expectation is that there will be multiple templates initially to see what fits best and what to pursue. The template is not expected to be a minimalist but modern and contemporary. It must align with the current company profile and feel.

- Incorporation of company logo and name for brand consistency
- Comprehensive project details section that includes:

- Team members section that highlights the key members involved in the project, with their roles and qualifications
- A timeline section that lays out the project milestones and estimated completion dates
