I need assistance in creating PDF project deliverable reports for finished projects. These presentations should be well-structured and professional, suitable for sharing with stakeholders.
The project deliverable report should include:
- Executive Summary: A concise overview of the project and its outcomes.
- Detailed Project Timeline: A comprehensive breakdown of the project timeline, highlighting key milestones.
- Project Reports by Topic: In-depth reports on various aspects of the project.
Ideal candidates for this project should have experience in project management and presentation design, with a keen understanding of how to communicate complex project details in an accessible way. Please note, the final deliverable should be a PDF document.
Each Project has 4 Stages and each stage has related deliverables that are included as support materials to the primary summary of the Stage Findings, Conclusions, Concerns and Recommendations.
My Objective is to have a deliverable that can be used as a template for ongoing projects where the deliverables created by the project activity are added as exhibits and each stage has a templated Summary Page related to that stage. There would be a Cover Page, a Table of Contents, and the Index where all of the support materials and reports would be referenced.
