Professional Photo Enhancement Required

On my recent trip to Iceland, I managed to capture some potentially stunning landscapes with my DSLR. Unfortunately, the images when downloaded are pixelated, blurry and do not display correctly. Around 50-100 images
I require a proficient, experienced Photoshop or Camera expert to help: (Not sure if this would solve the specific issues)
- Remove Pixelation
- Sharpen Blurry Images
- Fix Incorrect size issues
- Data Recovery pictures from old SD Card
Although I'm uncertain of the exact dimensions for the final output, I demand for the results to be in the highest possible resolution. This would mean that they can be suitable for various display sizes from smaller picture frames to larger canvases.
