Professional Microsoft Word Template Design

Hello I am looking for some assistance in making a microsoft word document template that I can use for all of my business documents (Proposals, fee submissions, scopes etc)

I have attached a copy as best I am able but I feel it can be better.
- I would like the first page (title page) coloring to be in bold and every other page thereafter to be a watermark of the 1st page design.
- I would like First page to be the title page and not to be numbered in the footer
- The next page (watermarked logo and border design) to be numbered page 1 and every page numbered automatically after that and watermarked. So that documents can range in size with ease
- I struggled matching the exact colors (Blue and Yellow) in my company logo to the border on the RHS and am hoping somebody can do better than I can.
