Professional Investor Booklet for ERA Wellness Clinic

I'm in the process of launching a new wellness clinic named "ERA". I need a skilled professional to design a sleek, modern booklet to present to potential investors and banks. This presentation should clearly outline what the clinic will entail, the treatments and services we will offer, as well as the financial aspects including equipment costs, treatment benefits, and projected profit returns.

The design should have a black gloss background with white writing, exuding a sense of luxury. The content of the booklet will include:
- An overview of the clinic and our mission
- A detailed list of our treatments and services
- Comprehensive financial projections and ROI
- Accompanying images of each treatment and service

While I have some content prepared, I will need assistance sourcing appropriate images.

Ideal candidates for this project would be those with:
- Prior experience in creating investor presentations
- A strong background in financial planning and projections
- Access to high-quality, relevant images
- A knack for sleek, modern design.

I look forward to seeing your bids.
