Professional Culture Framework Slide Design

I need a freelancer to transform an existing slide containing our cultural framework into a more polished, professional presentation to be used for client-facing purposes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Simplifying and professionalising the current cultural framework visual on the slide
- Enhancing text formatting, graphics and icons, and the color scheme to ensure a cohesive and appealing design

I also ideally need to be able to edit the document so it needs to be in a PowerPoint slide format, not a pdf.
