I'm looking for a freelancer who can take the annual billing data from my personal business and create a professional, neat invoice from it.
Key Details:
- Final Format: The final invoice should be in PDF format.
- Summary: I'd like the invoice to include a summary of the total income generated over the year. The summary should be kept simple and straightforward with a total sum, without the need for categorization or a monthly breakdown.
Ideal Skills:
- Strong attention to detail: The invoice should be well laid out and error-free.
- Graphic Design: Experience in adding logos and making documents look professional is a plus.
- Familiarity with accounting and invoicing: Some knowledge of these areas will be beneficial for understanding the context and importance of the data being presented.
Please note that I don't need any interactive elements such as clickable links or formulas. The main focus here is on turning the raw billing data into a clear, professional invoice.
You're going to take a simple excel file with customer data and account numbers and create an easy to understand, simple annual billing invoice/income statement with my company logo on it. Account numbers will be redacted except for a unique 4 digit code at the end. There won't be endless re-writes. I'll be including a template to base the work on.
