Productivity Check-up Guided Test Creation
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I'm in the process of developing a digital product dubbed "Productivity Check-up", and I am seeking assistance in creating a guided test. The test will consist of around 10 multiple-choice questions aimed at helping users identify their productivity stage (Profile A, B, or C). At the conclusion of the test, each user will receive a brief description of their profile along with personalized advice.
Test Format:
- The test needs to be accessible on both Google Form and in an editable PDF.
- I will supply the titles, profiles, and suggestions.
Design & Branding:
- The Google Form should be designed with a professional theme.
- Please incorporate my branding elements, specifically my logo and color scheme.
