Product design for new shipping/storage container

I am looking for a product designer to help design a new shipping/storage container. The primary purpose of the container will be to serve both shipping and storage needs, so the design must be able to accommodate both these functions. With regards to size, there is no specific requirement, but in general, a 10" x 10" x 10" would suffice. The container will be used to store and ship an individual or group of uniquely sized goods and it must be able to protect these goods from damage. The product designer would preferably have experience with creating packaging used in shipping/storage containers, and must have a good understanding of materials and shipping requirements for protecting these unique items.
